Another one told us that once she had horrible hair and now she just added 20-minute deep conditioning treatment with hot coconut-based hair oil and now she has rocking hair and then she added that she drink two liters of water a day to flush out toxins and she drink one glass of coconut water and 6 meals a day diet plan and she added that she love the effects of walnuts, almonds and dry fruits.
One Diva added that there is nothing better than a cleansing, toning and moisturizing regime. clean your skin no matter how clean it looks, don’t eat too much non-vegetarian food in summer, try some. Lemon and mint juice or healthy reasons, Curd and buttermilk are really good not as a food but as a mask and cleanings milk too.
Moisturizing should be a basic body care, a diva told us, you cannot replace it with anything at all, Coconut-based moisturizers are best for your skin and if you think that oily skin doesn’t need moisturizing then you are wrong, eat fiber as it has necessary vitamins and minerals, you should eat everything, but in moderation, drink coconut water once a day and that will help your metabolism to get faster.
