Everyday brush your teeth in the morning, in evening, and after every meal, especially after consuming milk products, fish and meat. Regularly brush your tongue along with the teeth. Wash your tongue with the baking soda dissolved in the warm water in order to reduce the acidity in mouth with this the bacteria will get less chances to grow.
Always avoid mouthwashes with the dyes and alcohol. Use the mouthwash containing chlorine dioxide, cetylpyridinium chloride, sodium chlorite or zinc because these serve as an antibacterial agent. Rinse the mouth before sleeping with a glass of water with the juice of a lemon added and drinks plenty of water throughout the day. Eating yogurt for up to six months completely remove the bad breath problem.
