BEST MASK FOR EARLY 40S:
- 1 Broccoli florets
- 1 Sweet Pea
- 1 Orange juice
- 1 Molasses
Blend all these ingredients in processor and get the smooth paste, apply it on your face for 20 minutes. Wash with cold water. Broccoli is rich source of vitamin C and lysine which recover the skin damage of this age. It also contains antioxidants to protect the skin from sun damage. The orange juice and molasses also contain the enzymes which stimulate the synthesis of elastic and collagen.
BEST MASK FOR MID 40S:
- 1/2 Lysine powder
- 1 Broccoli florets
- 1 Sunflower seeds
- 3 Milk, full cream
Make the powder of sun flower seeds and combine all the ingredients and make the paste. Apply on face for 20 minutes and then wash with cold water.
The sun flower seeds are rich source of cooper, and vitamin E, they nourish the skin and lysine, antioxidant and vitamin C of broccoli stimulate the formation of elastic and collagen at any stage of 40s.
BEST MASK FOR LATE 40S:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
Mix all ingredients and make the paste of all these.
Apply the paste on face for 20 minutes. Allow it to dry.
Wash off the face with cold water.
This mask nourishes the skin with vitamin A, C and E with lysine. All these stimulate the production of elastic and collagen.

- Eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables as much as you can.
