How to Get Rid of Acne


Acne is a broad term covering the pimples, blackheads, blemishes, and whiteheads. Acne is more known to be a problem amongst the teens and adults; but this condition can strike at any age. To get rid of acne one must know about the causes of acne break outs because after understanding the causes of acne, getting rid of acne will be really easy. There are many preventative measures to avoid the acne.

Oily skin, dirt and mud accumulated, Hormonal imbalance, bacteria and infections and the deficiency of vitamins are some most common causes of acne. These are some tips given which helps in getting rid of acne in a natural way.

Reduce the intake of processed and the fatty food because consuming the oily and fatty food increases the quantity of oil on the skin surface and it becomes one of the important cause of acne. In order to get rid of acne, face should be washed 2-3 times in a day with an oil free soap and avoid applying cosmetic products on the skin.

Don’t touch the skin with dirty hands, and never squeeze acne pimples because this will spread the acne infected fluid and increase the infection. Vitamin A, B, C & Vitamin E are good for the skin and helps in reducing acne from occurring so try to use the diet that keeps these vitamins in it.

Take sleep of at least seven hours a day to get a healthy skin. Also apply honey on the acne affected skin to get rid of acne.
