Get The Toothbrush

Exfoliate your lips on regular basis. Take a soft, unused toothbrush, coat it with Vaseline and massage it gently over your lips in circular motion. All the scales and dead skin will be removed. Clean your lips with cotton and re-apply Vaseline or a lip balm.

Use Lip Scrub

The toothbrush can be replaced by lip-scrub application. Get a quality lip scrub and use it as per the directions of the manufacturer. The scrubbing technique, however, tends to leave your lips dry, so be sure to apply any moisturizing agent over your lips after scrubbing.

Homemade Lip Balm

If you want, you can prepare your own lip balm at home. To prepare the balm, mix two tsp. of Aloe Vera and two drops of Chamomile and Geranium oil each together well. Preserve the balm in an airtight bottle and use regularly.
