  • Get at least eight hour sleep. Enough sleep will play role in reducing stress and thereby making your skin look fresh and healthy.
  • If you are a smoker or a drinker then first try to leave this habit. If it is pretty hard for you then make sure not to smoke or drink excessively because the venomous substances that are present in cigarettes and alcohol have highly negative effects over your skin.
  • Take healthy and balanced diet including fresh fruits, salads, milk and vegetables etc. stay away fro oily and junk foods.
